Great outlines make for memorable presentations.
Tell them what you are going to tell them. Tell them how you will tell them. Tell them. Tell them how you told them. Tell them what you told them.

Meet the hero. Introduce the conflict. Dive into the struggle. Enjoy or agonize in the outcome.
Too often we overcomplicate our presentations trying to get too much information into it, make too many points, get one too many laughs, generate one too many tears.

I once gave a presentation that had 61 stops in my Prezi. I was able to walk through the park and see the entire story in my mind and KNOW what the audience was seeing at each stop AND where I was in the overall outline of my presentation.
All the while I was telling a story of how these people can do this, but this obstacle gets in their way. But if they do this they can overcome and see this kind of outcome.
Very basic, but still powerful and easy to remember for both the presenter and the listeners.
