Disney Cruises bringing Star Wars to sea. Pack your Star Trooper outfit!

We are living in a time when we need to be stimulated by the world around us. Even at sea. Spend the money and join thousands of your fellow earthlings on a trip to your escape.

Here comes a slice of Disneyland all over again… it’s true. The folks at Disney are spending a lot of bitcoins to roll out a reason to sail with them.

Disney is a kiddie ship – bit I would love to be on it…just to see. I found out that they do not use external speakers…as in people who talk.  You have to be a Disney employee. Oh well. Guess you need to spend some green to see what all the fun is about.

Its’s nice to know what’s happening in the industry. If you want to be a successful cruise ship speaker, it’s a good idea to know the ins and outs. You want Bumper cars?  Yup, done…How about a pod that takes you over the water?  That’s also has been done. How about an inside cabin with real-time views of the real world via a huge TV screen?  Nah, old hat.

We want STAR WARS!!  You got it on Disney.

By October, the Disney Dream will be morphed to host a Star Wars attraction. It will be a large room made up to look like the inside of the Millennium Falcon . I mean an exact replica of the inside of the one you saw in what…6 movies….soon to be 7.

Of course you’ll need enroll in the on-board Jedi Training Academy. Sorry the max age is 10. This will teach the munchins (ooops- wrong movie) how to save the universe from the Death Star.

With Disneyland now up to $99 a day for adults, maybe it would actually be more cost effective to sail with them. You can snag a Caribbean trip for 7 days for 2 people for $2200 each and that includes food!  Hmmmmm
