SpeakOnCruises to be taking December for business planning

For Immediate Release

PRESS RELEASE / Silicon Valley, CA Dec 3 , 2017

SpeakOnCruises, the premier cruise ship speaker training company, has announced that seminar and coaching services will not be available until January 2, 2018. The core of the management and staff will be engaged in detailed business planning for the 2018 cruise year.  The uptick in cruises has opening opportunities for many prospective speakers. The office will be on minimal staffing during this time.

Clients who have initiated contact with SpeakOnCruises will be scheduled for their class in January – at a mutually agreed to date.  Email and phone support will be slower than usual.

A surge in openings for speakers through 2018 has been noticed.  It was revealed that many cruise lines are booking trips that require speakers all the way into early 2019. Caribbean cruises are in strong shape despite the recent hurricanes.

“Many clients are landing trips. Destination speakers continue to be in demand, but engaging Special Interest talks are hot,” said Co-founder, Bill Belew. “We’re even doing them ourselves – it’s a good deal to get to take our wives on these.”

SpeakOnCruises curriculum is delivered in a 1-1 in-person manner for local candidates and via internet technology for students as far away as Australia.

These opportunities to speak on an InfoTainment theme are rewarded with a complimentary cruise for two. There is no financial payout, however.
