The previous question dealt with going deeper into something you know.

This one is about doing, not knowing.

I just recently took up Taichi.

It didn’t take long for taichi metaphors to start showing up in my talks.

My favorite – I might stand a chance the next time I get in to a very slow fight.

What are you doing? What have you done new lately? What are you going to do that you have never done before? What are you doing already that you want to become much better at?

When you go from able, to fair, to good, to great, to excellent at doing something there are tons of lessons and insights that you can bring into your presentations to up their level as well.

What are you working at mastering now?

Master something.

You audience will be glad you did and so will you.
