Special Interest Lecturers

Cruise Lines are looking for speakers now.

They want lecturers that are naturalists, port lecturers, and special interest lecturers.

What’s the difference?

Question: What’s a special interest lecturer talk about?

The Special Interest Speaker is a dude, or dudette who can provide a series of lectures based on general topics that are NOT necessarily related to the itinerary.

S/he can talk Hollywood Gossip/Behind the Scenes, forensics, astronomy, social media (wait! Never mind. I have that topic covered…)

What do you know about more than anybody else?

That’s the topic. Break it down into 4-5 talks and you are ready, set, to go. Almost.

There are quite a few steps, none impossible – I mean I have done it – but it’s not automatic.

Want to learn what it takes?

Or want to read a 37-page eBook on how I got my first cruise ship lecture gig?

Hi…I just found your interesting website and the stories about the Titanic project by the Australian billionaire. Never too late to correct – his name is Clive Palmer, not Parker.
