People gravitate to happy, fun-loving, energetic, giving people.
Pour your heart in to your preparation, then let your efforts overflow onto the stage and into your audience.
If you are working when giving your talk, the audience will know.
If you are having a ball on stage, have something that burns inside such that you can’t wait or help but let it out, the audience will know.
If you are having genuine fun being on stage and pouring out your heart, knowledge, your listeners will catch the fire and respond.
